Setup in three minutes

1. Install PriceBack. The free plan changes up to 50 products per job; no card is needed to try it.
2. Create a job: what to change (price, compare-at price or cost), how (a percentage, an amount, an exact value), and which products (collections, tags, vendors, types, a price range, or everything).
3. Press Preview the changes. You see the old and the new value for each product before anything is written.
4. Run it — or give it a start and an end time and let the sale end by itself.

FAQ

What happens if I change my mind? Open the job and press “Put the old prices back”. Every original value was saved before the job ran, so they all come back — and the app then reads Shopify again and lists anything that didn't.

What if the app crashes halfway through? The values already written are recorded, the rest stay untouched, and the job shows exactly where it stopped. You can put everything back or carry on.

Can I stop a job that is running? Yes. “Stop” takes effect after the batch in flight, and the products already changed can be put back with one button.

Does it work with compare-at prices? Yes — you can set them from the current price (so the theme shows the discount), change them, or remove them. Removing means “no compare-at price”, not zero.

Does a sale end by itself? If you give the job an end time, yes: the app puts every price back at that moment and checks the result. Repeating sales come back on the same schedule.

How many products can one job change? The free plan stops at 50 products per job, the paid plans have no limit. Very large jobs run in batches with a progress bar you can watch.

Can I keep my old prices outside the app? Yes. Every job has a CSV with the value before and after for every variant.

Uninstalling stops any scheduled sale immediately. Your saved original values stay for 48 hours in case you reinstall, then Shopify asks us to delete your data, which we do within 30 days.
